Split system cleaning that reaches beyond the filters

Cleaning the filters alone cannot remove all residual dust and contamination inside the internal airflow area. Split System Clean focuses on accessible internal parts of the split-system unit and on preventing avoidable blockage caused by accumulated residue.

Internal airflow area

Filter, coil, fan chamber, louvers and barrel fan.

The internal area can be difficult to reach and needs care around sensitive electrical components.

Drainage components

Condensate drip tray and drain pipe.

The drip tray and drain pipe are flushed to remove accumulated debris and help prevent blockages.

The six-step cleaning process

  1. Area preparation: protect nearby surfaces, position the wash bag and protect or isolate electrical parts as required.
  2. Disassemble: remove casing and filters, clean separately.
  3. Pre-clean: remove loose dust and debris before wet cleaning.
  4. Clean: apply an appropriate solution, clean the coil, fan casing and drain components, then rinse.
  5. Restore: reassemble and test the system.
  6. Clean up: leave the work area tidy.
